How We Work…
Our process is straightforward and built around convenience.
- Initial Consultation We’ll talk through what you need, assess the condition of your furniture, and give you a clear idea of what’s possible. This can often be done by phone, with photos, or in person by appointment.
- Fabric & Finish Selection You’ll choose your fabric, finish and any adjustments such as foam type, trim details, or extras like cushion refills.
- Collection & Work We’ll agree a time to take in the item or arrange a collection if needed. The piece is stripped back, repaired where needed, and rebuilt with care and attention.
- Return & Aftercare Once complete, your furniture is returned looking its best and ready for use. We’ll also advise on how to care for your upholstery to keep it looking great.
